Peptide Protocol
for longevity stacks.
Longevity protocols play the long game. The cadence is light — every other day, twice weekly, sometimes nightly — and the cycles run eight, twelve, sixteen weeks at a time. The thing that breaks them is not a missed dose, it's drift: the protocol that started clean in week one and quietly devolved by week eight. Peptide Protocol holds the cycle, the rotation, and the long-tail adherence chart so the protocol you committed to is the protocol you actually ran.

Six things that distinguish a usable longevity tracker from a generic medication app.
| Cycle awareness | On / off phases, cycle length, week-of-cycle visible on the home screen — so you know whether you're in week 3 of cycle 2 or week 11 of cycle 4 without counting |
|---|---|
| Light-cadence schedules | Daily, every-other-day, twice-weekly, weekly, custom intervals. Reminders only fire on dose days. |
| Multi-protocol Today | Run a GH-axis stack, a healing stack, and a cosmetic protocol in parallel — one screen surfaces what's due across all of them |
| Long-cycle adherence | Heatmap + single-number cycle adherence; instantly visible if a protocol drifted in the second half |
| Alternative outcomes | Daily check-ins capture skin, hair, energy, sleep, weight — outcomes that matter for longevity protocols beyond a weight chart |
| Local-first, no account | Multi-year longevity data is yours to keep. No cloud sync by default; export at any time as CSV or JSON. |
Built for the long view
Three features that matter when the protocol horizon is months, not weeks.
Cycle adherence at a glance
Single-number adherence per cycle, plus a 7×N heatmap so you can see the shape of the run. The week three slip and the week eleven recovery are both visible — useful when deciding whether to extend or break.
Light-cadence reminders only
Notifications fire only on dose days. Every-other-day and twice-weekly cadences don't pollute your calendar. The home-screen widget surfaces the next dose date so you don't have to open the app to know if today is a day.
Skin, hair, sleep — not just weight
The check-in is configurable. Add the metrics you actually care about for a longevity stack — perceived energy, sleep score, skin quality, hair density notes — and the Insights tab charts them across cycles for a real outcome view.
What it looks like
Longevity tracking — common questions
Does the app track long peptide cycles (8–12 weeks) cleanly?
Yes. Cycles are first-class. Define on/off phases, set the cycle length, and the app charts cycle adherence as a single number plus a heatmap. The Insights tab tracks weekly adherence so a long cycle stays auditable, and you can see whether the protocol actually ran or got patchy in week six.
Can I track non-injection longevity inputs alongside peptides?
The app's first-class workflow is for injectable peptide protocols. Daily check-ins capture energy, sleep, weight, and free-text notes — those fields can hold supplement / lifestyle context (NAD precursors, sleep score, supplement adherence) so the longevity stack lives next to the peptide log even if the app doesn't formally manage the non-peptide inputs.
Does the app handle every-other-day or weekly cosmetic cadences?
Yes. Cadence options include daily, every-other-day, twice-weekly, weekly, and custom intervals. Reminders only fire on dose days. For lighter cosmetic protocols (GHK-Cu typically), this stops the calendar from feeling crowded.
