Peptide Protocol is an independent iPhone and iPad app created by developer Ludovic Puaud. It exists because peptide routines have details that generic medication reminders and spreadsheets do not connect: schedules, dose logs, reconstitution arithmetic, injection-site rotation, inventory and progress history.
What is Peptide Protocol?
Peptide Protocol is a personal organization and self-tracking app for iPhone and iPad. It helps people record the peptide or GLP-1 routine they already follow, remember scheduled entries, keep container inventory, rotate logged injection sites and review their own observations over time.
Why the app exists
Running a routine from alarms, notes and a calculator creates small gaps: a dose is logged without its site, the new vial is not connected to the schedule, or a change in energy has no date beside the protocol phase. Peptide Protocol puts those records on one timeline. The product goal is clarity and follow-through, not more noise.
The app is deliberately native to Apple platforms. Notifications, widgets, accessibility settings and optional Apple Health permissions use the systems already built into iOS. Core records remain local-first, and the App Store listing states that the developer does not collect data from the app.

This brand site explains the iPhone app and its features. The companion site, peptide-calc.app, hosts the free calculators and health-reference content. Its public editorial policy, medical review process and corrections policy explain how that separate material is sourced and updated.
Peptide Protocol is funded by optional software purchases in the iOS app. It does not sell peptides, prescriptions, pharmacy services or sponsored placement in its reference library.
