Cycles and breaks

A peptide cycle tracker that remembers the off weeks too.

Many peptide routines run in phases: a stretch on, a break, then a restart. Peptide Protocol keeps each protocol's start date, schedule and dose history, marks breaks and cycle ends on the calendar, and lets you pause with a return date so the routine resumes on the day you chose rather than the day you remember.

What is a peptide cycle tracker?

A peptide cycle tracker records when a protocol is running, when it is on a break and when it restarts. In Peptide Protocol each protocol has its own start date and schedule; the calendar and timeline mark done, scheduled, missed, skipped and paused doses alongside breaks and cycle ends; and a paused protocol auto-resumes on the return date you set. Cycle and break lengths come from your own plan or clinician; the app records them and does not choose them.

What Peptide Protocol tracks

Start date and scheduleEach protocol keeps its own start date, dose, cadence and schedule, entered once when you build it.
Calendar and timelineSee done, scheduled, due, missed, skipped and paused doses by day, with cycle ends and break days marked.
Pause with a return datePause a protocol for an off-period and it auto-resumes on the date you picked.
Cycles side by sideProtocols run independently, so one compound can be on a break while another continues.
Phase historyDose log, check-ins and the weekly report keep every on- and off-period on one timeline for later review.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Build the protocol

Enter the compound, dose, cadence and start date from your own plan or prescription.

  2. 2

    Log doses during the run

Each logged dose becomes part of the record of that phase; missed and skipped days stay visible.

  3. 3

    Pause for the break

When your plan calls for an off-period, pause the protocol and set the return date.

  4. 4

    Review before restarting

Compare adherence, check-ins and side-effect patterns between phases in Insights and the weekly report.

Peptide cycle tracker — common questions

Can I track peptide cycles with on and off periods?

Yes. Build each protocol with its start date and schedule, then pause it with a return date when the break starts. The protocol auto-resumes on that date, and the calendar shows paused days, break days and cycle ends next to the doses you logged.

Does the app tell me how long a peptide cycle should be?

No. Cycle length, break length and dose come from your own plan or your clinician. Peptide Protocol records and schedules what you enter; it does not recommend, calculate or adjust a regimen.

Can I run more than one cycle at the same time?

Yes. Protocols run side by side, each with its own compound, dose, cadence, inventory and injection-site rotation, so one can be on a break while the others continue on the Today screen.
