Common questions
How do I delete my data?
The app stores your data on-device by default — there's no cloud account to delete. To wipe everything, open the iOS Settings app → General → iPhone Storage → Peptide Protocol → Delete App. If you've ever emailed us with personal info or used a beta cloud feature, write to support@peptide-calc.app and we'll erase it on our side too.
The app is crashing — what should I do?
First, make sure you're on the latest App Store version (Settings → App Store → automatic updates). If it's still crashing, email us with: the iOS version (Settings → General → About → iOS Version), the app version, and what you were doing right before the crash. A screen recording is gold if you can grab one.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Peptide Protocol → Cancel Subscription. We can't cancel or refund on your behalf — Apple owns that flow — but we're happy to help if it's not working.
Can I use Peptide Protocol on iPad / Mac?
The app is designed for iPhone. It runs in iPhone-compatibility mode on iPad and on Apple Silicon Macs, but the layout isn't optimized for those screens yet. If iPad / Mac support matters to you, write in — that's exactly the kind of feedback that moves a feature up the queue.
Is my health data safe?
Your protocol data, logs, schedules, and notes live on your iPhone. There's no account, no cloud sync by default, no leak. We can't read your data even if we wanted to. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can Peptide Protocol give me medical advice?
No. Peptide Protocol is a tracking tool. The reconstitution calculator does math; it doesn't recommend doses. The reference content on peptide-calc.app is educational, sourced from primary literature, and explicitly not medical advice. Many peptides are prescription-only or restricted in your jurisdiction — always consult a licensed healthcare professional before injecting any compound.
