Get started
Add your peptide(s), set the dose and reconstitution details, and choose a cadence — daily, weekly, or custom.
Pick the time you'll dose and the app sends a gentle iOS reminder. The next injection site is suggested automatically based on your rotation map.
Tap Done when you dose. Optionally log a daily check-in for energy, sleep, appetite and weight to surface patterns over weeks.
The Insights tab charts weight, adherence, side effects and progress. Export the report when you check in with a clinician.
Overview
Every screen was drafted, redrawn, and left alone until nothing but the useful thing remained.
See what's due, what's next, and what needs attention — the moment you open the app.

A calm history that rewards the work — recent check-ins, completed days, and the patterns building over time.

Adherence, weight, energy, appetite, sleep — charted so you can see what's working over weeks and months.

A body-map tells you which sites are ready, cooling down, or up next. Never double-up.

Frequently asked
Yes. Peptide Protocol is free to download on the iPhone App Store. There is no account requirement to use the core tracking features.
Yes. The app is built to work offline. Your protocol data, logs, schedules, and reconstitution calculations all live on your iPhone. No account, no cloud sync, no leak.
The app supports any peptide protocol you build. The included reconstitution calculator has presets for 40+ common peptides including Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, HGH, and more.
Yes. The built-in calculator converts vial mg, bacteriostatic water volume, and target dose into exact units on a U-100, U-50, or U-30 insulin syringe. A free web version is also available at peptide-calc.app.
Yes. You can run multiple protocols and stacks side by side, each with its own dosing cadence, schedule, and inventory. The Today screen shows everything due across all active protocols.
Yes. The app sends gentle iOS notifications at your scheduled dose times. You can also pin a home-screen widget that shows your next dose, current streak, and the next injection site at a glance.
Yes. A body-map shows which sites are ready, which are in cooldown, and which is up next, so you never double up on a site that needs more time to recover.
No. Peptide Protocol is a personal tracking tool. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Many peptides are prescription-only or restricted in your jurisdiction. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before injecting any compound.
Yes. Peptide Protocol can write your weight, body measurements, and check-in vitals into Apple Health, and read weight back so your charts stay in sync. Sync is opt-in — you choose which Health categories to share, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Yes. From Settings → Export you can download a CSV of your dose log, check-ins, weight history, and inventory — useful for sharing with a clinician or backing up before changing devices. A JSON export is also available for full restore.
Each site (left/right deltoid, abdomen quadrants, thigh, glute) has a configurable cooldown — typically 48–72 hours. After you log a dose, that site is marked in-cooldown until enough time has passed for tissue to recover. The Today screen always shows the next site that's ready.
HIPAA applies to Covered Entities (clinicians, insurers) and their Business Associates — not to a personal tracking app you use for yourself. Peptide Protocol stores your data on-device by default and does not transmit it to any server, so your protocol history never enters a HIPAA-relevant data flow in the first place.
No. The app is a tracking tool — it doesn't require, recommend, or prescribe any compound. Many peptides are prescription-only or restricted in your jurisdiction; that's a question for a licensed healthcare professional, not the app.
The reconstitution calculator supports U-100, U-50, and U-30 insulin syringes, plus standard mL syringes. Toggle the syringe type and the calculator instantly recomputes the exact units to draw.
Spreadsheets handle the math but miss the rest — they don't remind you when a dose is due, they don't track which injection site is in cooldown, they don't aggregate side-effect patterns over weeks, and they don't restore from a fresh device. Peptide Protocol does all of that, and the reconstitution math, in a single iPhone app you'd actually open every day.
About Peptide Protocol
We're a small independent team. The app was built first for our own routines, then opened up. There's no investor pressure to push subscriptions, no telehealth back-end selling compounds, no upsell to a clinic.
Our editorial standards, medical-review process, and corrections policy live on our sister site at peptide-calc.app/editorial-policy. Reference content is sourced from primary literature and reviewed before publication.
Not medical advice. Peptide Protocol is a personal tracking tool — it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician. Many peptides are prescription-only or restricted in your jurisdiction. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before injecting any compound.

Philosophy
Protocols don't fail from complexity. They fail from friction — a missed dose, a confused rotation, a number you forgot to log. This removes the friction.

Free on the App Store. Takes under five minutes to set up your first protocol.
